Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, our driver-guide will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to relax and prepare for the days ahead.

After breakfast, depart for Akagera National Park. Enjoy a half-day game drive, with chances to see elephants, buffaloes, lions, rhinos, and leopards. In the afternoon, take a boat safari on Lake Ihema, where you can spot hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birds.

Set out on a full-day game drive through the park’s diverse landscapes, from wetlands to savannah. Spot more wildlife, including zebras, giraffes, and antelopes. In the afternoon, return to Kigali for the night.

Visit the Ethnographic Museum and the King’s Palace in Nyanza to learn about Rwanda’s rich history. After lunch, continue the journey to Nyungwe National Park for an overnight stay.

Hike Mount Bisoke, a dormant volcano with a stunning crater lake at the summit. The trek takes approximately 3-4 hours to ascend and 2 hours to descend. In the afternoon, return to Kigali for the night.
