2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, minus any cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits.

4. Travel Insurance
4.1. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal belongings, and trip cancellations.
4.2. Travel Hype Adventures is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of not having adequate travel insurance.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the activities outlined in your chosen tour.
5.2. Travel Hype Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who is deemed unfit or who may pose a risk to themselves or others.
6. Liability
6.1. Travel Hype Adventures will make every effort to provide high-quality services, but we cannot be held liable for any events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or delays.
6.2. We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during your tour. Clients participate in all activities at their own risk.
