4 Days 3 Nights Itinerary

Your driver guide in an open roof vehicle will pick you up from the seaport in Dar es Salaam and take you to Akemi restaurant to have your breakfast. After breakfast drive to Selous Game Reserve, five hours drive from Dar es Salaam. Have your lunch upon your arrival and go enroute game drive as you head to your camp inside the park. Have your dinner at your camp inside the park at 7:30 PM and overnight. Meal plan (lunch + dinner)

Have your breakfast at 7:00 AM and at 8:00 AM with picnic lunch go for game drive in Selous named after Frederick Selous the famous British explorer. Selous is Africa’s biggest game reserve and get to see some fabulous game including elephant, wild dog, buffalo, giraffes, crocodile and fantastic prides of lion. Enjoy your lunch at 12:30 pm at a perfect spot chosen by your guide. After lunch continue with game drive until evening In the evening return to your camp for dinner and overnight. Go for an early morning game drive at 6:00 AM. Return to your camp for breakfast at 8:00 AM. After breakfast it’s enroute game drive as you drive to Mloka village where you shall arrive in the afternoon and check in at your lodge and then have your lunch. After lunch go for a boat safari along river Rufiji and enjoy game on top of water. You shall see hippos, crocodiles, elephants as they come to drink water. In the evening return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan (breakfast + lunch + dinner)

Wake up early in the morning and go for an early morning walking safari from 6:30 AM in the reserve where you will be accompanied by an armed ranger. Explore this rich untouched wilderness on foot until 9:30 AM when you shall return to lodge for your breakfast. After breakfast start your journey to Dar es Salaam where you will be dropped off at the seaport to board your last boat to Zanzibar. End of tour. Meal plan (breakfast + lunch)
