4 Days 3 Nights Itinerary

Day 1 : Drive to Ngorongoro

12:30 pm – Lunch in Arusha, Tanzania’s tourist hub. Arusha is a city located in Northern Tanzania, at the foot of Mount Meru. 2:00 pm – Drive to Ngorongoro. Travel time/distance is approximately (4 Hrs / 210 kms) 7:00 pm – Dinner and overnight in Ngorongoro

Day 2: Full day in Ngorongoro

7:00 am – Breakfast 8:00 am – With our packed lunchboxes we go for a Crater game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. This is a conservation area and a UNESCO World Heritage site, also known as “the eighth wonder of the world”. Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s most popular wildlife sanctuaries. It offers a unique biosphere which has remained virtually unchanged since the beginning of time. Deep within the Crater, enclosed by towering walls, some 25,000 large mammals wander the plains, lakes and forests of “the land that time forgot” dominated by enormous bull elephants, rhinos and lions. 7:30 pm – Dinner and overnight in Ngorongoro

Day 3 :Full day in Tarangire:

7:00 am – Breakfast then drive to Tarangire National Park. Travel time/distance is approximately (2½ Hrs / 160 kms) 12:30 pm – Lunch in Tarangire National Park then more game drive. Tarangire National Park is the sixth largest National Park in Tanzania. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the Park. River Tarangire is the only source of water for wild animals during dry seasons. The swamps are the focus of the largest selection of breeding birds anywhere in the world. The park is also famous for the termite mounds that dot the landscape. Those that have been abandoned are often seen to be home to dwarf mongoose. 7:30 pm – Dinner and overnight in Tarangire.

Day 4 :Drive back to Arusha:

8:00 am – Breakfast then drive back to Arusha. Travel time/distance is approximately (2½ Hrs / 120 kms)
