5 Days 4 Nights Itinerary

12:30 pm – Lunch in Arusha, Tanzania’s tourist hub. Arusha is a city located in Northern Tanzania, at the foot of Mount Meru. 2:00 pm – Your Safari departs. Drive from Arusha to Tarangire. Travel time/distance is approximately (2½ Hrs / 130kms) 7:30 pm – Dinner and overnight in Tarangire.

7:00 am – Breakfast 8:00 am – Game drive starts at the Tarangire National Park. This Park is the sixth largest National Park in Tanzania. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire river that crosses through the park, being the only source of water for wild animals during dry seasons. The swamps are the focus of the largest selection of breeding birds anywhere in the world. The park is also famous for the termite mounds that dot the landscape. Those that have been abandoned are often seen to be home to dwarf mongoose. 2:00 pm – Drive to Ngorongoro after picnic lunch at a scenic spot chosen by your guide. Travel time/distance is approximately (2½ Hrs / 160 kms) 7:30 pm – Dinner and overnight in Ngorongoro.

7:00 am – Breakfast 8:00 am – Crater game drive down the Crater floor with picnic lunch. This is a conservation area and a UNESCO World Heritage site, also known as “the eighth wonder of the world”. Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s most popular wildlife sanctuaries. It offers a unique biosphere which has remained virtually unchanged since the beginning of time. Deep within the Crater, enclosed by towering walls, some 25,000 large mammals wander the plains, lakes and forests of “the land that time forgot” dominated by enormous bull elephants, rhinos and lions. 7:30 pm – Dinner and overnight in Ngorongoro

7:00 am – Breakfast 8:00 am – Drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Travel time/distance is approximately (1 Hr / 60 kms) 12:30 pm – Lunch at Lodge/Camp 2:00 pm – Game drive commences at Lake Manyara National Park. The park offers a wilderness experience rich in diverse habitats, from its Rift Valley soda lake to its dense woodlands and steep mountainsides. Apart from a spectacular setting, the park is famous for protect. The shores of the lake, encrusted with pink flamingo, attract buffalo, cheetah, Maasai giraffe and impala roam the lake shores and the forested valley slopes. Although in abundance, are hard to get a glimpse of, just like the other elusive carnivores, the lions of this park. 7:30 pm – Dinner and overnight in Lake Manyara National Park.

7:00 am – Breakfast 8:00 am – Drive back to Arusha. Travel time/distance is approximately (2½ Hrs / 130 kms)
