• Your transfer driver shall pick you up from your hotel in Arusha town at 7:30 am and will drive you to Arusha airport, where you will board your flight to Serengeti. Your flight shall depart at 10:00 am and land at Serengeti Seronera airport at 12:00 PM, where your driver guide shall pick you up from Seronera airport and take you to have a hot bush lunch.

• After your lunch, go for a game drive in Serengeti Seronera, which is the center of Serengeti that teems with wildlife all throughout the year. Explore the river circuit that provides drinking water to the resident species and see the migration herd that resides in this place as it slowly moves towards the northern parts of Serengeti.

During this time, many predators also lurk close to the migration herd. In the evening, drive to your lodge, Serengeti Serena, for dinner and overnight.

• After your breakfast, at 8:00 am, with picnic lunch, your driver guide shall pick you up and take you for a full-day game in central Serengeti (Seronera) in search of big cats. Visit the hippo pool and get to see snorting hippos and explore the vast expanse of Seronera, which is filled with active game and get to see all feline predators.

• Enjoy a bush picnic lunch and continue with the game drive until evening when you shall drive to northern Serengeti (Kogatende) for dinner and overnight at Acacia Migration Camp.

• After your breakfast, at 8:00 am, with picnic lunch, your driver guide shall take you for a full-day game drive in Kogatende, northern Serengeti, where you shall see the enormous migration herd encamped at the Mara River, ready to cross over to the other side to Maasai Mara. The migration herd consists of numerous wildebeests, lots of Thomson gazelles, and zebras, and you will witness some finally starting to cross over the Mara River as the Nile crocodile preys on this easy meal.

• Have your lunch at a picnic site and then continue the game drive until evening when you shall drive back to your lodge, Acacia Migration Camp, for dinner and overnight.

• After your breakfast, with a picnic lunch, drive to Seronera as you first pass by Olduvai Gorge. Olduvai is a misspelling of Oldupai, a Maasai word for a wild sisal that grows around the area. It is a steep-sided ravine consisting of two branches that have a combined length of about 48 kilometers and are 90 meters deep.

• The fossilized deposits exposed cover a time span of about 2 million to 15,000 years ago. The deposits consist of more than 60 hominins (members of the human lineage), representing the earliest record of human evolution over the past 2 million years, as well as the longest archaeological record of the development of stone tools.

• Olduvai Gorge was designated as part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979 and is often called the “Cradle of Humankind.” In the evening, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in central Serengeti at Serengeti Sametu.

After your breakfast, with picnic lunch, your driver guide shall drive you to Ngorongoro Crater. After checking in permits at the gate, you shall descend down the crater floor, 610 meters from the rim, covering a 265 sq km area of the crater bottom. Inside the crater, expect to see black rhinos, lions, herds of zebras, old elephant bulls, and many other species that thrive in this natural paradise.

• Enjoy your lunch at a picnic site and continue with the game drive until late afternoon. Ascend from the crater in the early evening and drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Farm of Dreams Lodge.

After your breakfast, with picnic lunch, your driver guide shall drive you back to Arusha as you
pass by a Tanzanite gallery shop where you shall do some shopping for souvenirs and variety of
arts and crafts. Then drive back to Arusha for drop off at your hotel. End of tour
